followed by a Non-Public Session per RSA 91-A:3 II(a)

*meeting date had to be rescheduled due to a conflict
Meetings are held at 12 Center Street, Tilton, NH

 All Tilton and Northfield citizens are invited to attend
(except for non-public sessions).
