Last day for Clerk to publish notice, in a newspaper of
general circulation in the town, of January 18th session

January 24, 2012 (Tues.)
Supervisors must hold session for correction of the
checklist from 7:00 to 7:30 PM.  (Required on day
before opening of candidate filing period.) [669:5]

January 25, 2012 (Wed.)
Clerk OPENS Declaration of Candidacy [669:19-:21; 652:20]

February 3, 2012 (Fri.)
Clerk CLOSES Declaration of Candidacy at 4:30 PM

and Warrant Articles for District Meeting at all
polling places and at Clerk's office or town hall.

MS-35 (Financial Report) to DRA by Treasurer with copy of the
Audit/Review (Or after Audit with copy of the Audit/Review)

April 5, 2012 (Thurs.)
Treasurer to submit MS-31 (Village Dist. Officials), Clerk to
submit MS-32 (Report of Appropriations), Signed Warrants,
Signed Minutes and Annual Report to DRA, and Budget Committee to
submit MS-37 (Budget) 

April 13, 2012 (Fri.)
New members of the Budget Committee have to be appointed by the
Moderator. (RSA 32:15)

May 7, 2012 (Mon.)
Ballots and absentee voting materials for election of officers may
